Coming home should feel like a new beginning, not another life sentence. We are a team of neighbors dedicated to restoring the dignity that every human being carries. By providing a warm meal, a steady mentorship, or a financial foundation, we tell our brothers: “You are seen. You are valued. You are home.”
The Call to Action
Breaking barriers requires a village. When you join the Second Chance Club, you become the foundation, the mentor, or the voice that makes transformation possible.

How would you like to serve?
The Pillar Team: The Foundation. The Pillar Team is a circle of dedicated monthly partners who ensure our doors stay open and our programs stay fully operational. No matter the amount, your monthly gift is the foundation that allows a brother to transition with dignity. Together, we are building a legacy of freedom that lasts.
The Home Team: The Sanctuary. The Home Team provides the labor and love needed to prepare, clean, and maintain the transitional home for our brothers. We are looking for detail-oriented cleaners to maintain the home and skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, painters) to maintain our facility’s infrastructure. Whether you are prepping a fresh bunk for a brother’s first night or fixing a fuse, you are ensuring a brother wakes up feeling seen, valued, and finally home.
The Anchor Team: The Mentors. Every journey home needs a guide. As an Anchor, you provide the mentorship and companionship required to navigate the path to re-entry. Whether you choose to walk alongside a brother inside the facility or support him during his first 90 days home, your consistent presence becomes the bridge from a cell to a successful life. By offering a listening ear and a reliable hand, you ensure that no man has to walk the path to freedom alone.
The Table Team: The Nourishment. This team handles the daily essentials of food and hospitality—providing groceries, preparing dinners, and coordinating food for special events like Eid. So whether you can prepare a Tuesday night dinner or donate food for feast, you are helping us build a community where every man is fed, valued, and welcomed home
The Voice Team: The Industry Experts. We need business owners, attorneys, bankers, and more to help our brothers master the fundamentals of business. Join as a Guest Expert, Facilitator, or Opportunity Sponsor for graduates. Your expertise is the bridge that helps a brother or sister launch their future and build a business that lasts.
The Bridge Team: The Mobility. Every second chance needs a way to move forward. The Bridge Team provides the critical mobility a brother needs to reclaim his life—starting with that first ride from the bus station to his new home. Whether you are driving a brother to work, workforce training programs, or the Masjid, you are removing the barriers to his progress. By providing a ride, you ensure that a lack of transportation never stands in the way of a brother’s success or his dignity.
